But if you watch in slow motion you'll see that they are pumping in opersites to each other and Heinrich's wheel rides up Cavendish's.
Also you'll see that Heinrich's shoulder hit's Cavendish in the mid section, which means Cavendish had 1st wheel.
Both riders were converging on the lead position after overtaking the Milram rider on the inside and outside line. But Cav clearly had the lead and its was Heinrich's wheel that clearly rides up Cav's wheel.
