... Jerome - sorry we missed each other this morning. I saw Michael heading out as I was heading back along the river. Lots of westerner gaijin road cyclists who I don't know seemed to be out today, including two who passed me just as I was about to head across the bridge to go up the Asagawa. Anyway, I took 24 seconds off my Takao to Otarumi time (20:40 -> 20:16, and 16 seconds off of the Sagamiko Station crossing to Otarumi time (19:35 -> 19:19), did a very short loop on the Sagamiko side, and enjoyed a tailwind home for a change. That said, I'm no where near ready for Itoigawa.
