Agreed. Not just the knees. The tires are shredded and he is only part way down to Bormio. And down w/o real brakes is crazy -- they don't show the uppermost part of that descent, but there are a few curves where it would be easy to skid your way up to a little barrier that would hit at about mid-wheel/shin level, and you would go flying over and down, down, down.
